The iconic Rawat Mishthan Bhandar – Creator of Pyaz Kachori
Boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, red garlic chutney, coriander, green chillies and a secret in house spice mix is mixed together for a delicious filling and stuffed inside a thick maida (refined flour) kachori, made khasta with the addition of oil during making of the dough, and fried till perfection is achieved with a crispy, flaky crust.
